My only complaint is that our sales person and the used car manager knew the reason we were looking for different used car was to replace a car totaled by insurance due to Hail Damage. The day we looked at and drove the car that we purchased was very cloudy and rainy so the Hail damage was not noticeable. It is every bit as bad as the one we are losing to insurance! It would have been nice if they at least pointed out that this one may have some hail damage too. Now our son still has a car with hail damage, the only reason we were replacing his car! Same year same mileage at least it has newer tires! 2 other dealerships told us that the Hail Damage would be taken care of by their insurance company we would just have to bring it back for the repairs at a later date. When my husband asked the day they went back to pick it up he was told NO it would not be repaired. More
