Jerry brought the vehicle that we were interested in from their other dealership, so we could see if we liked it and take it for a salesman free no pressure test drive, which makes buying a car a lot nicer when you don’t have a salesman going on your test drive (no offense). I think more dealerships should be like that! We love the 2019 Traverse Lz1 and to make a long story short, We had a goal of where we wanted to be on our trade and our new payment and my husband and I were so amazed and appreciative that Jerry and the manager Jesse(I hope I got his name right) and anyone else, really went above and beyond to make it happen! Tyler had suggested going over to the chevy part of the dealership, we expressed our interest in an Acadia, unfortunately it had been sold. Tyler had then asked us about the Terrain as another option, though smaller than what we were looking for, it seemed to fit our needs. We test drove it and loved it! It had very low mileage and we were very happy that he was able to get us into that vehicle and drive it home the very same day!! We will definitely be back to see him in the future!! We were able to negotiate the price down a little. In financing we were able to get my payments under my price point, but the length of the loan is a little long. I found some issues with the van and they were able to service it within 24hours, but it was a lengthy fix. From my experience alone I would want to recommend this dealer. More
