Best place to buy a new truck! I just happened to be driving around Auburn and thought I would look at a new truck. A young man came up to me and introduced him self and asked how I just happened to be driving around Auburn and thought I would look at a new truck. A young man came up to me and introduced him self and asked how he could make my day better. I told him I was looking at trucks but I didn't know if I was ready to buy yet. He then asked me what was stopping me from purchasing today? I told him I didn't know. He asked if I liked the truck, Then he asked if I liked the price . I answered YES then he said if I liked everything about the deal what was keeping me from moving forward and getting the truck I wanted. That when I figured out I was just scared about a purchase of this size. No other dealer I had been too ever bothered to help me figure that out they always just walked away when I said I wasn't ready. After we got that out of the way the rest of the process was easy and they even let me come back the next day to pick up my new truck. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who's shopping around and I would also recommend Mike to anyone looking for a good sales person that knows how to talk to people and make them feel comfortable with the whole buying process. More

Only Dealership Willing to Help Me So like so many other Texans, I was impacted by hurricane Harvey. I didn't want to buy a car in the Texas area because I was being paranoid about floo So like so many other Texans, I was impacted by hurricane Harvey. I didn't want to buy a car in the Texas area because I was being paranoid about flooded cars and I recognized that dealers were overpricing their cars while pretending to offer relief. I did a month long research on the type of car I wanted and was set on finding my perfect car. While trying to negotiate with other dealers, I was berated, treated unfairly, and sometimes laughed off. I was paying cash and didn't understand why people weren't willing to work with me. Of course I then realized it was a sellers market. I had to have my husband step in at some point and realized that we could call the same dealership and we would get two different prices for the same car. Again, very unfair (sexism much?!). I was even willing to settle because it was getting frustrating. I happened to be on fb and an ad popped up for a car that Ben Davis was selling. I called in right away and spoke to Mike McDonald (he was so nice). I told him I wanted the car I saw online. He didn't laugh me out of my negotiation. He didn't berate me. He even explained to me in great details more about the car and why I was getting a good deal. After we settle on a price. I told him I really appreciated him and explained to him how other dealerships had been so rude, arrogant, and unkind during my search for a car. Mike didn't stop there, he helped me with figuring out the logistics of shipping the car. Anytime I had a question he was there to answer and frankly I felt like he had my back. I didn't have to have my husband do the dirty work. It felt empowering! Finally! I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. Ladies, if you're in need of a car and you don't want to feel like you're being played or like you're a child and incompetent then this is the place to go! Thank you Mike all the way from TEXAS!!!!
