I’ve bought more vehicles for business and personal use over the years than the average person, but this was my first experience with the web. Even though they were 8 driving hours away, I clicked on the ‘more info’ section and received a phone call within an hour of my inquiry - and it was a holiday weekend! The salesperson was genuinely friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. We spoke and emailed several times that weekend, but I didn’t believe we could actually put a deal together. The salesman was very attentive to all my concerns and provided answers to all my questions - he obviously had done this before and he figuratively held my hand through the entire process. As a result, it was very easy to make my decision. Making the trip, I found the vehicle exactly as represented, it was a very good value, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the vehicle and the entire process.
