He then spent over two hours with us to help us make sure we are making the right choice in a truck to pull our new camper. It was raining so he brought 3 trucks in out of the rain so we could compare and explained the features of each. His knowledge of each was impressive and helped us make the right choice. The best part was yet to come. No pressure!!! We discussed price with no pressure. I purchase new vehicles every 3 - 4 years this same way but have always had so much pressure from other dealerships to close the deal I cannot work with sales person when it is time to buy. In the near future we will be purchasing based on Steve's guidance. I have a feeling he will make sure we buy from him. While Price is very important to me so is choosing the right vehicle for our needs. Steve made this happen. More

I felt like a complete stranger when I picked up my truck I am from WI and drove 250 miles to buy my new $46,000 Suburban. When I picked up my truck I did not even get to see my truck before handing over my c I am from WI and drove 250 miles to buy my new $46,000 Suburban. When I picked up my truck I did not even get to see my truck before handing over my check. Also it was take check and here your keys paperwork in the glove box. None of the extra details were discussed with the delivery person. My credit union worked out the title and taxes for my state were worked out and none of that was made aware to the delivery person. So it was extremely stressfull not getting my title and a check for taxes that I was supposed to bring back to my credit union. Which was agreed upon the week before between your finance department and my credit union. All I was shown about my vehicle how to connect my phone to truck. Nothing else pretty sad this was a $46,000 truck with no delivery procedure. I sure hope you don’t deliver vehicles like this to others. I told Rachel that I felt like a piece of meat. The fact that I was from WI and you would never see me again I didn’t need to feel special for buying this vehicle. She knew I was not happy at all. I love my new vehicle but just very disappointed in the entire delivery process. More
