Great prices, great service, great experience Our salesman, Mike McDonald, was very knowledgeable, and his customer service was excellent. He was able to find 2 vehicles that were perfect for us. Our salesman, Mike McDonald, was very knowledgeable, and his customer service was excellent. He was able to find 2 vehicles that were perfect for us. He learned our needs and what we liked, and then was very dedicated to getting us into the right vehicle. He went way above and beyond for us, and we were treated with respect during the entire process. The finance manager, Hari Luker, was wonderful as well, and took the extra time we needed to answer all of our many questions regarding the closing process and the extra warranty we purchased. Every single person in the dealership was nice and helpful, regardless of their position. The dealership was clean and very inviting. The waiting room had nice couches and TV, coffee, and a cappuccino machine. They provided water bottles or soda if wanted. Most of all, their prices were better than any other place in the state, which is why we drove almost 3 hours to their dealership. We searched for one of the vehicles for 6 months, and the other for 1 1/2 years, so for Mike and Ben Davis Chevy/Ford to put us both in the exact vehicles we wanted is very impressive! On top of that at a great price! We will shop here again when we need to, and I will definitely refer them to anyone I know now, or in the future that needs a vehicle. It was well worth the drive. I truly can’t say enough good things about our experience! More

It helped us to make a decision on which car would fit our budget and felt very comfortable that we would get excellent service at the dealership. And we were right, Jill Harris was our sales representative and she is extremely knowledgeable, but above all, she "listened" to what we had to say and woked with us. We also appreciated her "call-back" to us two days after we purchased the car to see if we had any questions. Rachel was amazing to work with in finance. She knows those contacts inside out, could recite them from memory and was able to answer all our questions. More
