Mark in Service Dept is Excellent. RV Sales (Tim) knew his products, but said there was a 100+ inspection of the unit (used), but we found out later that they only change the oil and fi RV Sales (Tim) knew his products, but said there was a 100+ inspection of the unit (used), but we found out later that they only change the oil and filter, oil on the generator, gas it up, and fill the LP tank. This inspection refers, we assume, to buying cars, not rvs. We took the unit on a test weekend, and found a couple of things, which the Service Dept took care of. Mark, Asst Manager of Service Dept., was about the best person I have ever worked with. He was attentive to our needs, listened to us, and took care of the problems. We had worked with Mark previously on another rv, and he is the reason we dealt with Ben Davis buying our Class C. We did not understand why Tim said we should discard any receipts pertaining to maintenance/repair records for our trade-in. Most new owners appreciate this info. Also took a long time to find out in-service date for warranty service. (Mark found out for us.) More

We found a 2015 Ford Escape SE on Edmunds a Impressive that this dealership came through on money that they were going to reimburse us after the sale. We found a 2015 Ford Escape SE on Edmunds and Autotrader that was for sale at Ben Davis Chevrolet. Worked with Isaac to purchase it. We live in MI and Ben Davis is in Indiana. The car had only one key in it. Isaac told us that they would reimburse us for the additional key to be made. I e-mailed the receipt to Isaac and two days later I had the reimbursement check for the additional key. I found this place to be very reputable. I would recommend it. I am in my 50's. We currently have 11 cars on our insurance since we have a lot of drivers. We have bought a lot of cars over the years. This was one of the best experiences in purchasing a vehicle. Today is two weeks since we bought it. As an FYI to out of state purchasers, we still have not received an Indiana title so there is a little bit of a wait for an out of state purchase. More
