Sales person was wonderful. Finance person, not so much. My sales person was wonderful. She was helpful and was not pressuring in anyway. Got there to sign papers and they had it for us to put money down and had a payment $40 over the max. Then he came out with a payment $100 over what the max was. $40 may not seem like a lot but when you already are taking a higher payment it does. Then when we were ready to leave he miraculously came out with a payment that would work. If it wasn't that we would not have purchased the vehicle. The sales person is the reason that I will recommend and the only reason I will return. More

Too busy for good customer service and attention to requests I'm in love with my preowned car, however I'm disappointed in the service I received, especially considering I came from out of state to purchase the I'm in love with my preowned car, however I'm disappointed in the service I received, especially considering I came from out of state to purchase the vehicle. The salesperson was too busy and preoccupied with other customers/deals to ensure I got the best care. I expressed interest in 3 different vehicles and was supposed to be shown 2 others but was not. Once I gave my okay on the final numbers, he showed no further interest in me as a customer. If it weren't for Beau who walked through the Finance paperwork with me, I would be giving a lower rating. More
