They were never pushy even when I told them I needed to take a day to think about my purchase. Jerry (the salesman) and Harry (the finance guy) were extremely helpful, and I would highly recommend them to help you with your car. Very good experience at Ben Davis Chevrolet! Bought a used vehicle Overall the experience was great. Everyone I met was very nice and professional. I did have one person that was not very patient with On Star when he Overall the experience was great. Everyone I met was very nice and professional. I did have one person that was not very patient with On Star when he tried to set it up on my car. The phone would not hang up after the call to On Star so I had to bring the car back to have the system on the car reset so the phone would work. There were a number of devices (cell phones) that had been entered on the car from other people that had used it which enabled me from adding mine. Suggestion for the dealership is to go through these vehicles when they purchase them and wipe the systems clean from other users so people that buy them don't have the same problems. Thank you. More
