Too busy for good customer service and attention to requests I'm in love with my preowned car, however I'm disappointed in the service I received, especially considering I came from out of state to purchase the I'm in love with my preowned car, however I'm disappointed in the service I received, especially considering I came from out of state to purchase the vehicle. The salesperson was too busy and preoccupied with other customers/deals to ensure I got the best care. I expressed interest in 3 different vehicles and was supposed to be shown 2 others but was not. Once I gave my okay on the final numbers, he showed no further interest in me as a customer. If it weren't for Beau who walked through the Finance paperwork with me, I would be giving a lower rating. More

Fantastic buying experience from Courtney @ Ben Davis! I had been researching a specific year/make/model of a used truck, and found it at Ben Davis, priced very reasonably relative to the other places I ha I had been researching a specific year/make/model of a used truck, and found it at Ben Davis, priced very reasonably relative to the other places I had been looking. When I inquired about it online, I received an immediate reply from Courtney Lincoln. Through phone calls, email, and texting we worked out a deal for my trade-in, discussed the condition of the truck, and I drove home in my extremely clean used vehicle only a few days later. Courtney really went out of her way make sure I was happy with the condition of the truck, and continued to follow-up with me after the sale was completed. She truly made every effort to ensure this was a pleasant car buying experience. I would not hesitate to send my friends and family to Ben Davis to work with Courtney, Joe and the rest of the group there.
