Too busy for good customer service and attention to requests I'm in love with my preowned car, however I'm disappointed in the service I received, especially considering I came from out of state to purchase the I'm in love with my preowned car, however I'm disappointed in the service I received, especially considering I came from out of state to purchase the vehicle. The salesperson was too busy and preoccupied with other customers/deals to ensure I got the best care. I expressed interest in 3 different vehicles and was supposed to be shown 2 others but was not. Once I gave my okay on the final numbers, he showed no further interest in me as a customer. If it weren't for Beau who walked through the Finance paperwork with me, I would be giving a lower rating.
