Overall a good experience, but with a slow pace John was an incredibly helpful salesperson right from the start. He was happy to work with me remotely as I was out of state - sending lots of extra pictures and information at my request. Everything went smoothly through the negotiation process as well. Things slowed down when it got past that point, presumably from delays in financing. I have to think that had I been there in person it would have been different, but I was having the vehicle shipped and the process took a few weeks to accomplish and there were periods of unresponsiveness. In the end, the transaction ended smoothly - in fact the vehicle was even better than pictured and hoped. Had I had a more expedited transaction with better communication at the financing stage, this would've been a 5 star review. More
