Process of buying 2500 HD. John was great. No problem there. One thing I have never liked is being pushed to purchase the extended warranty. Even after I said " I am not interes John was great. At one point I was ready to walk out on the deal because of it. My wife stopped me or I would not have purchased the truck. Again, the salesman was fine, it was the final wrap up I found very annoying. If I choose to buy another vehicle from Ben Davis, I will explain before closing the deal that I do not want the extended warranty. If I am pushed like this again, I will walk out. More
