We modified our search criteria to slightly older vehicle with low miles, and we came across "our" vehicle at Ben Davis. I was educated on market based appraising and pricing strategies used by the dealership. This made me feel good about my trade value, because I understood the reason behind the value placed on my trade. I was presented with both an option to "buy" and "lease". I never considered a lease but was explained how it works, which was great. Through the earlier wants and needs conversation, Steve uncovered that a lease option was more in line with my payment objective. Collection or F&I was smooth and informative. Jeremy made sure I understood my factory warranty and offered some additional products that seem useful. The sales managers were kind and helpful too. Overall A+ experience with this dealership.
