I liked the salesperson for being honest and forward to me. Telling me all about the car and the type service I would receive. I have gone by your place and thought I would try you this time. I always go to the dealer for what I want and you people had the friendly faces. I had another call from a dealer and they wanted me to come in with my car right now for an estimate. I usually do not deal with people like that as they are pushey. Thank you for being friendly and kind during my deal for a new car. I just love it by the way. Steve helped negotiate the best deal possible as we traded in our 2002 Chevy S-10 Crew Cab toward the lease of a new 2012 Chevy Cruze that my son will drive to college. We had been car shopping in our hometown of Fort Wayne and were frustrated by what seemed to be the "games" that many salespeople use in trying to sell a car. We found the car we were looking for online at Ben Davis in Auburn, e-mailed them to ask for a price quote, received a quick response and the price was good. We went to the dealership later in the day to test drive and then purchase the vehicle. We were impressed with the friendliness, honesty and overall positive atmosphere at Ben Davis. Everyone we dealt with -- from the online sales staff to the in-house sales team, sales manager and business manager -- were top-notch, treating us with respect and taking the time to explain everything thoroughly. Ben Davis will definitely be our go-to source the next time we want to purchase a vehicle and we will recommend the dealership to anyone we know who is looking for a new or used car. More
