I would without a doubt give Ben Davis and Justen Teder 5 stars for my new-to-me minivan purchase. I was able to purchase a 2012 Honda Odyssey and Justen did his due diligence to assist with getting videos a stars for my new-to-me minivan purchase. I was able to purchase a 2012 Honda Odyssey and Justen did his due diligence to assist with getting videos and pictures to show me the vehicle and any noticeable flaws in it. In addition, it needed to go through the rest of the inspection and they were able to fix many of the minor flaws and of course the bigger components, including a master cylinder and steering rod, to ensure the vehicle was safe for my family and I. Justen, himself, did a buffing out of the scratches on the side to make sure it looked nice. Due to me living in Michigan, it was a little bit of a challenge to ensure that the vehicle was ready for delivery. And there were a couple of missteps and delays on behalf of the dealership, which, in the end, I am very grateful and satisfied at the outcome. We had gone down to the dealership on a Thursday evening to take delivery of the vehicle and make our payment. When we were about 2 ours into our 3 hour drive, Justen called and told us that the van could not be taken home that day. We were extremely disappointed and frustrated that we had already driven more than half way to the dealership. Justen immediately took action and worked for a resolve...to have the vehicle delivered to us, and we decided to proceed to the dealership to at least lay eyes on the van and make sure we were happy with it. From there, we completed the paperwork to purchase the vehicle and were advised that the master cylinder from Honda was defective and they needed to await another one to ensure the safety of the vehicle. The next misstep happened when it took until the FOLLOWING Friday for the van to be done and I requested that upon delivery, as it was being driven from Indiana to Michigan, it be filled with fuel, which I was assured it would be. I also confirmed that the vehicle would be detailed prior to it being delivered and was assured that would be completed as well. When I finally received my new-to-me Honda Odyssey, the kind gentlemen who delivered it expressed that it was not full of fuel and that it was a miscommunication. In addition, the vehicle had not been detailed. It had melted purple lipstick in the cooler box and other remnants of the prior owner throughout, including spilled coffee on the seats and console. Since the master cylinder was just replaced, I had also expected the brakes to be more firm than going to the floor, however, after a few times of driving the vehicle, the brakes did become more firm. Jesse, from the dealership called to ensure that soft brake pedals were common for the Odyssey, as he had sold Honda's prior. It was nice to know that the vehicle was just a little different from what I had expected, and Jesse assured me that I could take it to a Honda dealership to have it looked at and they would ensure it was safe. I had also told Justen, which he relayed to Jesse, that the vehicle did not have a detail or full tank of fuel. Jesse had sent a check to cover a detail and to fill up the gas tank. I am very grateful for the resolve and appreciate the added comfort knowing that it wasn't just about making the deal and then leaving the customer. Despite the missteps, I am very happy with the Odyssey, the dealership, and everything they were able to do for us to take delivery of the vehicle and afterward. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Ben Davis and would honestly consider purchasing another one from them again in the future, especially being out of State. I thank Justen and his team for everything and sincerely enjoyed working with them through the whole process and am pleased with the resolve to the concerns mentioned. Abbey. More

John Mohre and Tom did a great job. I went back 10 times cause I couldn't make up my mind and they were great.
