Sales was fine. I've never had an experience quite like it. We had a different kind of experience, when the car I came to buy became unavalible due to unforseen circumstances. Super easy to work with I had posted my car on KBB for sale and was contacted within minutes by Jacob. We set up a time to meet the same day so I took my car in. After a quic I had posted my car on KBB for sale and was contacted within minutes by Jacob. We set up a time to meet the same day so I took my car in. After a quick walk around, they drove the vehicle around the building and came back with a number. We negotiated the number until we were both happy and the deal was done. They dealt with the bank and took care of all of the paperwork and phone calls. I could not have asked for better service. It was my first time selling a car back without buying another car and I was impressed with how smoothly it all went. I would deal with them in the future without hesitation. More
