He was waiting for me when I arrived and greeted me at the door. They gave me top dollar for my Trade-in and a great deal on the used car that I bought. When I left I couldn’t be more happy. Two days later, I had an issue with the used car. Everyone at Ben Davis went above and beyond to make it right. Nathan, one of the sales managers, sent someone to pick up my car and then gave me a car to drive. The lost trust was immediately gained back after speaking with him.
