Salesman poor knowledge of truck,finance hurried paper work. Salesman kept telling me truck was a 4 wheel drive and when I asked him where the switch was to change over from 2 wheel to 4 wheel his statement was Salesman kept telling me truck was a 4 wheel drive and when I asked him where the switch was to change over from 2 wheel to 4 wheel his statement was it was electronic. I had traded a 4 wheel drive Colorado. It had a switch on the dash showing the 3 changes to the drive train. It partly fault on my reasoning that maybe the Ford was different setup My biggest concern for me was being able to get into the truck easy. My son-in-law has a Chevy 4 wheel drive and I have trouble getting into it. I wasn't worried that the truck wasn't 4 wheel drive I just liked the way it drove and handled. Also I was hurried signing paperwork since I financed it thru GM. It was a long time since I had to finance a vehicle the last one paid cash. The finance person just handed me papers and said sign here. I thought he would go thru everything with me but he didnt. I left his room and went back to salesman's desk waited 2 and a half hours and salesman came out with the envelope and said I was good to go. I only talked to salesman 3 times during the time I had to wait. I just wanted to leave was tired of waiting and wasn't feeling well. I went back two days later to talk to the finance guy and told him I wanted answers for how I was treated and he did try to explained to me what, happened. All I know that I will not buy another vehicle from either of your dealerships. More

Service all the way around was wonderful from the time the service guys intercepted me, until I was driving off in my new car. It was a scary situation I had on the high way with my power steering and rack and pinion going completely out. The service guys calmed me down and entertained my boys. I appreciate all that was done for me. Everyone was great! More

My overall experience. My experience was pretty good, only thing I would say I didn’t like was the salesman didn’t know anything about the truck I purchased. He said there was no remote start, when I got home I figured out that there was. One thing that did upset me was that there was no floor mats in the vehicle, I feel like if someone is spending $40,000 on a vehicle you guys as the dealer should care enough about your customers to put nice floor mats in for them so they don’t have to spend even more money on the vehicle or risk ruining the floors in the vehicle. Dead battery I bought a brand new car 2 weeks ago and the battery has went dead 2x, it was so dead it took 20 minutes to get it started . In the middle of November , my husband was out jump starting a brand new car that had a broken cap where it looks like it was jumped before . I called the dealership and was told they could get me in 7 days from the day I called . Went out in the morning and dead again , they told me to call a different dealership , considering the circumstances I would assume this would have been addressed immediately it had 800 miles on it .
