Used Car Buyers Beware! 13k of Undisclosed Damaged! I purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee in the summer of 2017 from Ben Davis Ford. It had just over 30,000 miles on it and I was assured it was acciden I purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee in the summer of 2017 from Ben Davis Ford. It had just over 30,000 miles on it and I was assured it was accident-free and in great condition. When I switched insurers a few years later, they informed me that my vehicle had been in a major accident and had over $13,000 of front end damage. I was shocked. When I reached out to Ben Davis to find a solution, they did not offer anything to make the situation right. The manager, Josh Allen, told me that sometimes their salespeople don't ask if a vehicle has been in an accident on trade in because they are eager to make a commission. Used car buyers should avoid this dealership! More
