Overall a very positive experience working with the team at Ben Davis Ford. However, I had some challenges relative to my title (albeit frustrating the lien release was not signed off on, despite the lien at Ben Davis Ford. However, I had some challenges relative to my title (albeit frustrating the lien release was not signed off on, despite the lien holder providing me with a updated title several years ago...) which required a substantial amount of time for me to address. I do believe that there is an opportunity for cross training to ensure that all associates involved with a sale understand the requirements relative to the title as it was inferred that a certain document would be acceptable to satisfy the requirements of the release of the lien and the finance department was adamant that a lien release from the creditor was a state and/or federal requirement. Either way the team dealt with my frustration very well (as I live in Kalamazoo and it felt like I would have to make a 3rd trip to complete the car buying process) and we were able to get the deal done. PS. Leon Watkins and Jesse Kindig are definitely assets to this dealership. Sincerely, David J Baker More

I was given a fair trade value for my trade. However, my purchase vehicle was not detailed for delivery. Also, the next day after purchase, I checked the oil and it was at the add level. I informed Toni Bon purchase vehicle was not detailed for delivery. Also, the next day after purchase, I checked the oil and it was at the add level. I informed Toni Bone. He had the service mgr. Travis call me and told me if the oil was in the knarled area the oil was too high, the newer models required below this area on the dip stick. According to my owners manual page 245, the oil should be between A & B. Travis intentionally lied to me a new customer. My rating is actually between 3 & 4. At this time I have reservations recommending your dealership. I am expecting a call from your dealership’s management regarding these issues. More
