My husband bought me a car! Since we were adults, we have primarily been a Honda family. The cars are great and last forever. However my 2010 Honda was serviceable, but plain. I was being thrifty when I purchased it 6 years ago. So when I came home from substitute teaching in middle school one evening, Bill looked at me and said "You need a new car." Bend Honda was our first destination, and as it turns out, the only one needed. Jake took us on a test drive of the new 2016 Honda Civic. Six years makes quite a difference. The standard LX was perfect. Then he found a brand new Civic that had been marked down because it was over 90 days on the lot. The sleek black machine was now affordable. Buying a car can be a pain in the rear, with bargaining and paperwork, but Jake guided us through it effortlessly. I love my car!!! More

I have a very busy work/personal life and David Spillett made the proc I was thrilled to find that Lithia Honda of Bend had an Internet Sales Manager. I have a very busy work/personal life and David Spillett made the process of buying a new car so efficient! I've been planning to buy for the last year but haven't had the time stop everything and deal with it. David answered questions for me via email before I arrived and set appointments for each of my visits. This allowed me to handle the car buying on my lunch break. David was so personable and down to earth. I truly enjoyed working with him...something I never expected when I started this process! More
