Great dealership all the way around. Well, I inherited Bend Honda when Bob Thomas Honda was purchased by the Lithia Group. The sales staff is awesome, especially Jerome Catalla, who is now going into the finance department with Cody Fowler going to Sales Manager. Congrats by the way to both! The parts department is awesome, finance department is awesome (Taylor) and service has always been a pleasure to work (all the guys). Sometime in the future, we'd like to get another one. Overall, the sales experience was great. We were ready to buy a Honda as I'd already done my research online. The only drawback to the sales was the sales manager. Yes, he was 'ok' but he didn't want to 'dicker' in the slightest. The reason I gave in so easily is that the car & interior colors were just what my wife wanted, and the price wasn't bad. But do know that if I had more time, I could have gone over to the valley and got the same car for a several hundred less that what I paid at your dealership. Prior to this purchase, my last two cars I got either in the valley or in Portland, because the dealers here really didn't want our business. Again, Rick is a very nice guy and is very informed on the Honda's. Rick is an asset to your business. More
