Do not feel they truly have customer satisfaction as goal. Do not trust this dealership. I get the service I paid for and nothing more. They are courteous, but that is as far as they go. Great dealership all the way around. Well, I inherited Bend Honda when Bob Thomas Honda was purchased by the Lithia Group. I have now purchased two cars from Bend Honda (after purchasing Well, I inherited Bend Honda when Bob Thomas Honda was purchased by the Lithia Group. I have now purchased two cars from Bend Honda (after purchasing two from Bob Thomas) and I can say that both experiences have been excellent. The sales staff is awesome, especially Jerome Catalla, who is now going into the finance department with Cody Fowler going to Sales Manager. Congrats by the way to both! The parts department is awesome, finance department is awesome (Taylor) and service has always been a pleasure to work (all the guys). Seriously, this dealership rocks! xxxxxxto Joe Price (and Jerome) who found me the 2017 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E that I wanted and traded another rig and sent someone to pick up my new truck in the Dalles promptly. I feel that I received a excellent deal and the negotiation process was smooth. Yes, I would buy another Honda from them. All I can hope is that the dealership in the North Palm Beach, FL area after we move in the fall will treat us the same way that we have been treated by Bend Honda over the years. More

Jake, our salesman, worked with us and ended up giving us a good deal on our new CRV. He was personable, and he listened to our needs to help us achieve an excellent rate on our loan, as well as a great deal on our trade-in. They put us in the right car and let us take three vehicles for half a day to make sure we made the right decision for us. The deal they gave us was fantastic and made us feel our satisfaction was more important than closing the deal. Sometime in the future, we'd like to get another one. Overall, the sales experience was great. We were ready to buy a Honda as I'd already done my research online. The only drawback to the sales was the sales manager. Yes, he was 'ok' but he didn't want to 'dicker' in the slightest. The reason I gave in so easily is that the car & interior colors were just what my wife wanted, and the price wasn't bad. But do know that if I had more time, I could have gone over to the valley and got the same car for a several hundred less that what I paid at your dealership. Prior to this purchase, my last two cars I got either in the valley or in Portland, because the dealers here really didn't want our business. Again, Rick is a very nice guy and is very informed on the Honda's. Rick is an asset to your business. More
