After spending many years driving cars that all my friends made fun of, I decided to go test drive a Honda Fit. Jeff immediately came out to help me as I was wondering the lot mildly freaking out that I was about to make a huge purchase that would lead into years of financing. Jeff was fun and easy to work with. As a single woman shopping for vehicles I was warned that I had to pretend that I was going to be a hard bargainer, I never felt that I needed to show that facade with anyone at Bend Honda. They made it easy (as easy as 4 hours on a Saturday could be) to drive away a happy customer. They even made sure that I got the color that I wanted and traded one of theirs with a dealership in the valley. The day after I bought my new car, I went online and discovered that there was a discount on the car that I had just bought and immediately called Jeff. Jeff and I worked out a bargain that they would 'throw in' the cover for the backseat. I have yet to see that, but I hear it is on it's way! I love my new Honda and look forward to driving it for many years to come. "I am a customer for life!" More

I bought a 2004 Chrysler Sebring approximately 10 months ago. The right signal light stopped working two weeks ago. The 18th of Feb was the first time I had to visit the dealership to get it fixed. When I went in, the service representative (Tye Clark) inspected it and determined the rear bulb had burned out. He took me to parts where they ordered a new one. Once it arrived, he replaced it. The amazing thing is not the service, (it was great) but the fact that he did not charge for the labor. While I was waiting, I also was contacted by Richard Myers, the person who originally sold the car to me. He remembered my face and we conversed, in liesure, without any pressure from him to buy another vehicle. I was quite pleased at this encounter, and would recommend this dealership to any one who wishes to buy a Honda or used auto they may have on their lot. Dan Crowley More
Working with Ricky was very pleasant. He was very down to earth, not all hyped up to make a sale and seemed to know his vehicles very well. One of the best car buying experiences we have had. The parts manager Micah Martin had no issue when asking how to install a turn signal bulb into my old 96 honda. Kirk is knowledgable, friendly, and approachable without being pushy. He realized we were not in a big rush and did not pressure us to make a decision on the spot. Bend Honda was the only dealership around with the car I wanted. Living on the westside of Portland, this was shaping up to be an adventure for sure. He helped put my mind at ease and verify the car and its condition were worth a trip. Did all the paperwork possible via email/phone to expedite things if this was going to work out. It did. I was in and out in about an hour. Pretty painless. They even gave me a full tank of gas for the ride home. Sweet. More

Even though Kirk was very friendly he flat out lied to me and that leaves a very negative feeling. . I asked a very specific question about the upcoming maintenance on the used Honda Fit I purchased in Jun and that leaves a very negative feeling. . I asked a very specific question about the upcoming maintenance on the used Honda Fit I purchased in June. I was told that all the maintenance due at 120K according to the Honda online service chart is actually done and had been done at 110K because as the salesman said that is when Honda's have their service. I knew the service would run between $500-1000 and I could not afford to pay what they were asking and make a service that soon after the purchase. So when he assured me it had been done, like a fool I used that unsubstantiated statement from the Lithia Honda salesman to as part of my decision to purchase the car. Needless to say when I got the maintenance history for the car the services had not been done and I was sent notice that I would need to be doing them. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER. Two bad it was paying $10.52 for lights (possibly a safety concern) that were burned out and not replace prior to my purchase that was just the thing to push the level of poor customer service to the limit. More
