We do not buy cars often. When our Dodge Durango passed 200,000 miles we knew it was time. Richard Myers met us at the Home Show. We enjoyed just talking with him about our experiences skiing at Steamboat Springs. We were leaving in a few days for Calif. so did not drive a Subaru Sport he had for sale. After returning home we called him and he said the Red Sport had sold but he had another one in Silver. We made an appointment to drive it not knowing this was his day off. He said nothing just met us and let us drive the Subaru plus a Toyota and a Honda. All were low mileage used cars. We ended up buying the Honda. The whole expence was interesting and long though Richard kept us ingaged with conversation and a real interest in our lives as seniors. He was very knowledgeable and understanding of a long process. We would reconmend our friends visit the Honda dealership and use Richard as a excellent low pressure sales person. More

We enjoyed working with Lois, as she was very attentive to our needs and gave us every consideration, both with the new car and with the car we traded in. We felt very much at ease to ask her any question to our needs and gave us every consideration, both with the new car and with the car we traded in. Buying a car cross country (MD to OR) was a challenge, but Marc made it a lot easier. He was very reassuring that my son was in good hands and made me feel comfortable, even with the one bad experience o but Marc made it a lot easier. Regarding financing, Lithia of Bend (I didn't even recognize the name - thought I was dealing with Bend Honda) sent me a credit rejection letter when I didn't even seek Lithia financing. Marc said to ignore it - it was a form letter. That may be true, but it is a TERRIBLE business practice!!! If it had not been for Marc, I would have cancelled the sale then and there. You need to fix that! But I don't want my high praise of Marc to be lost in this complaint. He is fantastic - a great spokesman for Bend Honda/Lithia of Bend, and I would definitely seek him out in the future. I rated Quality of Work N/A because we had not used any services at the time that I visited and saw the car. The options and protection were added later. I said yes I would have preferred to write this review at the dealership because I have had HORRIBLE problems with the DealerRater web site!!!!! More

My name is Vicki Nye and I was recently at your dealership to by a used car. I was first approached by David Thwing, a very nice soft spoken man whom I liked right away not only because he was fri dealership to by a used car. I was first approached by David Thwing, a very nice soft spoken man whom I liked right away not only because he was friendly and helpful but also his charming personality. I came into the store knowing exactly what I wanted (a Honda CR-V) and David went right to work showing me what was available. His knowledge of the vehicles we looked at was impressive. Once I settled on the car I wanted he went right to work dealing with Steve Coughran and within a short time I was able to get the car I wanted at the price I could afford monthly. Getting my loan actually approved was the tough part. You see I was divorced 12 years ago and had not built ANY credit for myself since. Well Steve didn't let that stand in the way. He fought for me long and hard and wouldn't let up until he found a lender that would finance the loan at a interest rate I was truly impressed with. All said and done I sat with Jeremy Delamarter. He made complicated paperwork completely understandable. Asked me several times if I not only understood the documents but if I had any questions (and I had plenty of them). When I was finally handed my keys I was then shown where the service center was located so I would be familiar with that as well since I purchased the lifetime oil changes (as long as I own the car of course). By the time I was done with these 3 men I was on cloud nine and so very excited I gave them all hugs (smiles). Kirk was attentive to our questions and concerns throughout the process, and by that I mean he IMMEDIATELY got us answers to our questions. He provided a thorough orientation to the vehicle, and la throughout the process, and by that I mean he IMMEDIATELY got us answers to our questions. He provided a thorough orientation to the vehicle, and later, when we bought it, spent the time to make sure we understood how it worked...the dashboard stuff. He was a straight talker, not harping on the "what do we need to do to get you into this car today?" routine. He even let me take a 3 hour break from the negotiations for lunch without stressing that I would not come back. Refreshing to have a salesperson who could operate and think like real human being, not a programmed car salesman. He was a pleasure with whom to work. More
