Employees afraid of losing their jobs I’ve had a few different employees request only 5 stars. They have all said the same thing, if they receive less than 5 it could cost them their jobs. I’ve had a few different employees request only 5 stars. They have all said the same thing, if they receive less than 5 it could cost them their jobs. If this is the policy of this company, it needs to change. Customers are not going to be honest. No decent person wants someone losing their job. That said I received friendly and efficient service. My problem with my car wasn’t solved. I knew going in the issue was intermittent. Of course, my car behaved while there. I’m disappointed in this dealership. Living with fear of loosing your job is one way of begging for good reviews. More

Katelyn was awesome. She got my oil change and tire rotation in quickly and all with a smile. I am not sure of the other gentleman's name who went out of his way to get me hooked up to android auto so rotation in quickly and all with a smile. long wait but good seervice I did not have an appointment and waited two and a half hours for completion of the work after I was told it would be about an hour and a half. Found nail in slow leak. I went into Bend Honda because My cars Tire Pressure light came on. I pulled over, got out and walked around the car checking the tires. All looked OK I went into Bend Honda because My cars Tire Pressure light came on. I pulled over, got out and walked around the car checking the tires. All looked OK so I reset light and continued on. Next day it happened again. Same result. I reset it again. Third day tires looked OK but car felt different .Drove to Honda went in without appointment. T service agent worked me in . The service man found a nail, repaired my tire. I'm thankful the service agent took my concern seriously. Thanks again Bend Honda for great service! More
