Poor customer service My complaint is in regards to the service department at Bend Honda. They are rude and do not return phone calls. They do not answer their phone, and I My complaint is in regards to the service department at Bend Honda. They are rude and do not return phone calls. They do not answer their phone, and I always get an answering machine and never talk to a person. I feel they have discriminated against me. If they do not fix this issue I am considering legal action against them Due to the fact this dealership has good reviews I believe the reason is discriminatory. More
Best experience with service over a lifetime We came to Bend Honda to do our first new-car lease in January 2015. I have been pleasantly surprised with every contact with this dealership. Service needed has been regular oil change, tire rotation and installation of body side moldings. I have never had a complete staff of sales and service so well coordinated. This is a great team! Go there. We bought our 2008 Honda CR-V new, in Bend. Still love it. But, all of our maintenance is terrifically taken care of. Okay, by maintenance... He is an exemplary service advisor and even better person. He remembers both my name and car, and is efficient and engaged. Ty converts "mechanic speak" so I can understand what the issues are. High energy, trust worthy, honest and very high character, as well as, extremely knowledgeable Honda should be extremely proud of Ty, he is a role model employee! More
Absolutely fantastic We developed an air conditioning problem while driving through the area and took our car into Bend Honda expecting expensive repairs and a lost day o We developed an air conditioning problem while driving through the area and took our car into Bend Honda expecting expensive repairs and a lost day of our trip. Not so! They analyzed the problem immediately, and took us right in. During the short wait we were able to catch up on our emails while taking advantage of their free wifi. We had a good laugh when told that they removed 2 mice from the AC motor, and that solved the problem. Then the good news - only 1 hour service cost. Got right back on the road. I repeat, Absolutely fantastic! More

When it started a ticking noise, I called to make an appointment with Bend Honda...The Manifold studs need to be replaced and the Extended Warranty doesn't cover them. The Manager, Rory, called to let me know he would fix my truck. So grateful!! More
Great Customer Service! Dropped into the dealership for my routine oil check. Was helped by the Manager Rory, who was very friendly and efficient. Since they were pretty busy and there was a 2 hr. wait time, Rory set up a ride home for me with their complimentary shuttle service. Garth my driver, was very nice and easy to talk to. He let me know what time he would be back to pick me up to take me back to get my car. He was not only on time, but a few minutes early. A big thank you to both Rory and Garth for making this such an easy and pleasant experience! More

They also provided a "Vehicle Courtesy Inspection" sheet which said all syst Took my Honda in for Factory Recall issue. Service was done as promised. They also provided a "Vehicle Courtesy Inspection" sheet which said all systems were fine except the Transmission and Differential needing service immediately. BAD MOVE on their part as I just had both systems flushed and refilled just 6 days earlier by an independent Honda service center. To confirm that the independent service center had done the work, I dropped by Oil Can Henry's and they confirmed that both systems had fresh new oil in them. I won't be trusting Bend Honda with ANY service recommendations in the future. More
