Excellent service I took my car to Bendict's for recall work. They discovered that I have a car starter that I didn't know about! Then they went on to make it work just I took my car to Bendict's for recall work. They discovered that I have a car starter that I didn't know about! They gave me a fair price and have been most helpful when I've been in to have the car serviced. But most of all because of my most recent experience. I decided to have several scratches repaired. Charles Davenport the body shop manager was wonderful. He spent time with me and made great suggestions. He was very accommodating as well. When I picked my car up not only were the scratches repaired but the car was immaculate. It felt as though I was driving a new car!!!! Their attention to detail was wonderful. I'm so glad I purchased my Subaru from Benedict's. I've had a lot of great cars in the past but this is by far my favorite. Thank you so much for your excellent work and great customer service. More

Three weeks without my car! While on a trip my Forester died at a traffic light. It was towed by AAA to the city dealership. Obtained a rental at the airport. Next morning found out that the dealership would not be able to do anything for a week. Upon calling Benedict (my dealership) it was suggested that I call AAA again to have it towed to them as they would be able to look at it that week. During the first week they were unable to find the cause of the "blowing fuses". They also suggested that I get a rental through my warranty (7 year extended). They kept me posted on the work. After almost three weeks of searching for the problem, using electronics,etc.and working diligently they found under the dashboard a wire rubbing on a screw . They were constantly checking to see if everything done was covered under warranty.All was! They also gave me a phone # to call to also get refund for the original rental at the airport.. I received it . I applaude all of the work and diligence done by Benedict Corp. SJM Morrisville More

Reneging on a deal over words I recently was a day away from purchasing a 2016 Subaru Forrester XT. While in the dealership haggling over price, I spoke with the sales person to r I recently was a day away from purchasing a 2016 Subaru Forrester XT. While in the dealership haggling over price, I spoke with the sales person to remove the ridiculous dealer fees. 10 for inspection, 12.50 for tire tax, and 75 for dealer fee. The sales woman comes back and stated that was taken care of. I work with their finance department and leave. I am a USAA member and they have a car buying service. I used that service later that night and had three separate dealers call me with in minutes of submission. All dealers were offering the same car with the same options. 2016 Subaru Forrester Preimium XT with Auto Dimming mirror, all weather floor mats, and splash guards. All dealers came back around 28,335-28,500. For the same car, I email the dealer that night and have them come down on price to 28,300 and tax tag and title for 30,503.00, that was the deal. I went through them for financing so they could sweeten the deal, I call back Thursday and let them know I'm coming in on Friday and that I have also been pre approved at another bank, just in case their rate was garbage. And again their rate came in higher than what I have. I then spoke with the dealer at 10 am on Today and she said the final price is going to by 30,607 or very similar. I asked what the increase was? They told me, dealer fees. I was told "they were handled" why were they back then? The manger Paul stated that I was mistaken and I heard incorrectly. I heard in correctly. The manager then reneged on the deal, and proceeded to be coy and placate me. This dealer is a joke, and honestly, I would stay clear. If you're someone who has spectacular credit and knows what's going on, dealers hate you. This is one of those dealers. And I may even go as far to say the manager may own or be related to the dealers. Even worse! Haliey Branham was great, I'm sure it wasn't her who came to this decision. More
