Aside from paying top dollar as though it was brand new with low miles - a 2 yr old car with 60k miles for 29k is a BRAND NEW PRICE, real value is 22k (realized after purchase, our fault). There's a couple of things we will need them to iron out like removing the cars technology system from Toyota dealer status so we can register it with Toyota to unlock its better features. Something we didn't know until trying to use the unit once home. We need to also do immediate repairs to the window switches on 2 doors as they don't work. Also since we purchased it at night we didn't see how dirty the headliner and back seat cushions are so that has to be scrubbed. There's a good gouge next to the grill that caused the paint to come off to be repaired as well. Not noticeable until after they washed it the next day and we brought it home. About the sales people: They did very well as they should from a business and customer standpoint (other than what's mentioned above). Overall we love the car but feel they should've done a much better "make ready" before putting it on the lot to sell. We're happy but not thrilled do to the issues mentioned.
