Sold me a car that has so much rust damage that the right rear arm assembly is not attached to the frame meaning that the tire is one bad pothole from snapping off. Mechanic that looked at it the same day of rear arm assembly is not attached to the frame meaning that the tire is one bad pothole from snapping off. On December 26th 2922 Benji Auto Sales sold us a car that had been in a flood. We had to pay a mandatory charge for their mechanic fee for inspecting the car to make sure there were no issues which was all a had been in a flood. There is no way their mechanic inspected this car and not known that it was under water at some point We tried to drive the car home after purchasing when the turning signals and brake lights stopped working. Dash lights all lit up. Went right to a mechanic thinking it was a blown fuse. He told us we were scammed and this car had been under water and we should immediately return it. We took the car back. they voided the registration transfer and signed a paper that they had possession of the car with a promise of a refund. Now will not refund our money. We didn’t even have the car two hours! Call and they hang up on you. This car has serious life safety issues and is not legal to drive They knew the car would be driven by our daughter to school and didn’t care. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE UNSCRUPULOUS CROOKS WHO BUY FLOODED VEHICLES AND RESELL. by the way. the car fax report they showed us was excellent! the car showed no cosmetic signs inside or out that it had been in a flood.
