Im an out of state buyer, I bought a used car from this dealer. The customer service is terrible. I was told my car was going to arrive within a certain time frame. Even after that time frame I didn’t get dealer. The customer service is terrible. I was told my car was going to arrive within a certain time frame. Even after that time frame I didn’t get my car and my sales rep couldn’t even get me an accurate estimate on the arrival of my car. Instead of assuring me that he would get me an update he verbally just threw his hands up. I’d give 0 stars if I could. More
