Traded cars with them in August. The AC wasn’t working, they put Freon in but it was the wrong type. $250 to get the incorrect Freon out and the correct in. Had to go to PepBoys because they no longer service vehicles at the Orange Blossom Trail location. They still have not taken over my previous loan and my credit score continues to drop. I have call logs of 20+ phone calls I’ve made to get zero in return. Stay far away from this “business” and the tent sales that they claim they are not in charge of, yet all the paperwork has their address on it. Even after speaking to the General Managers and requesting a call back from them when they were unavailable, nothing has been done. Save yourself the time, energy, stress, and your CREDIT SCORE. This is the worst place I have ever dealt with. Absolute crooks. Tell you one price but change it on the paperwork. Then when you attempt to resolve it they ignore you. Loan company tells you that you have to work it out with the dealership. Who will never respond to you again. Any “cash back” rebate you are getting is just whatever amount added to your loan. It took about 40 days for them to pay off the vehicle I traded in and caused me to make another payment on a vehicle that was in their possession. After they finally made the payoff it didn't include the payment I made. I had to keep after them to send me a check for the difference. Most of the time when I called it would keep ringing with no way to leave a message. Totally bad experience! I recommend staying clear of these dishonest people! More
