I was lied to They originally tried to make me leave in a car that wouldnt even go in drive. I told them no and the finance manager still out the deal in with the b They originally tried to make me leave in a car that wouldnt even go in drive. I told them no and the finance manager still out the deal in with the bank because she thought I would go for it. When I said I wanted my money back she made up a lie that it was dropped in a safe and my money was only gone out of my hand for 5 minutes. They sent a different man to tell me that I can’t get my money back which I knew was a lie. I told them to call a general manager to tell them I want my money. Still excuses as to why they couldn’t call the manager. I wish I would hear anyone of them tell me I’m lying because I will air this video recording on the channel 7 news. 2. Once they get their check from the bank everything they promise you goes out the window. 3. They do not follow customer instructions and make their own rules. I had my living address on my loan paperwork and was forced to register my car at a DIFFERENT ADDRESS I no longer live at which made absolutely no sense and I even showed proof of my new address. Via phone I was told it was a mistake and in the office I was told that was the rules. I have had a vehicles in my name before and I know the process. 4. I was told that my car was as never in an accident. I took the car to Nissan and was informed that my vehicle had been in 4 accidents. 5. A week after purchasing my vehicle the radio stopped working on a 2018. 6. The door and window to the Nissan was off track and they promise to pay and gave me a paper. I called to make an appointment to get it fixed and the man gave me a price and told me I had to pay. I informed him I had a “we owe form”and he said it had nothing to do with him. 7. I was promised that I would receive a call back to get the address fixed on my tag and no one called me. When I tried reaching out all I get was voicemail and no returned calls. 8. The customer service was just very poor and full of lies. 9. The finance manager was very careless and all she cared about was getting the company the check. These people only care about a check I wish I can show the owner the video so that he can see exactly how his customers get treated when he’s not around. I was completely devastated with how I was treated and it’s like they were so in a rush to get me verified with the bank so that they can ignore me and break all of their promises. I will never go there AGAIN. IM GOING TO SPREAD THE WORD STAY AWAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY. I haven’t even had my car a month and I am still pissed off and dissatisfied with the way my paperwork was processed, with the vehicle I was sold, and sign the customer service that I received. More
