I was only given one carfax paperwork .I had to ask for al At first I the copies of the paperwork was the contact and warranty the I purchased and one page of carfax. Now I am been told that the replacement of a cylinder head is only maintenance. Not so Plus I was told that the car was going to be cleaned and the interior is dirty. And on the paperwork from service manager it says car wash again untrue. More

Rushed service My experience with this dealership started at 5pm on a Saturday after a full day of checking out other places. A friend referred me to the Instagram p My experience with this dealership started at 5pm on a Saturday after a full day of checking out other places. A friend referred me to the Instagram page Cars for Students FL and I was interested just based on the prices advertised for the payment that you put down so I figured I’d give it a try. I sat and waited for an hour for Kensey to run my credit based on the cars I told him I was interested in. This was done prior to any test drives or even viewing any cars. After complaining about the wait, he finally came and took me to select 8 cars then told me to narrow it down to 2, which I did. I told him a Toyota or Hyundai. He went back in and gave me numbers. I was told I would need to put down $2900 for a Toyota or $1000 for a Hyundai. This was still prior to any test drive. I selected the Hyundai 2017 solely based on the down payment required. By this time it was 8:30pm which was my first time seeing the car. I test drove it but I was disappointed because the feautures were outdated but decided to take it only because it was so late and it seemed like I had no choice. Upon exiting the car I noticed 2 dents and that the car wasn’t going to be detailed in time for me to take it home. I pointed out both to Carlos and Kensey and was told it could be fixed in the week if I dropped the car off. A few days later I dropped the car off on 3/24/19 for it to be worked on the following day. I was told to come pick it up on 3/26/19. Only one dent was fixed and it still had not been detailed. I reached out to Carlos to express my disappointment, he didn’t respond or reach out to me. I spoke with Kensey and was told to bring it back on 3/30/19 at 12pm for an appointment with Jack. I arrived and was told it would only be detailed. I again expressed my dissatisfaction with Carlos and he promised to come back and find me to talk about it, which he did not. I spoke with Kensey again and was told to make another appointment during the week. As a first time car buyer I was very dissatisfied with the service I received and unfulfilled promises. I will not recommend this place nor will I even bother to have the dent fixed here. More
