My salesman was great, he called me and told me to make an appointment to get the mudflaps put on. I don’t know where to start. Our sales person was the most god-awful person you would ever want to deal with. His name is Matt. It was supposed to be at top-of-the-line tunnel cover and instead it’s some cheap generic piece of crap. Matt told us the truck would be ready when we got there, it was a 3 Hour Dr. and we wanted it to be ready. Sat in the lobby for four hours! 🤬 They sold us these floor mats that were worthless. They did give us our money back. The original owner passed away three years ago and the dealership has tanked. Ford is a great product, but the service at this dealership is God awful. I feel like they took advantage of my fiancé because she’s a woman and older and went in there without anybody representing her. More
