We recently had our 2017 F150 serviced for an oil change. Not only did they do the oil change, the tired were rotated and provided us with a print-out of any other issues there might be (there was none!). We were able to request service and got an appointment the next. Staff is very knowledgeable and take the time to answer any questions (despite how many!) I'll be bringing my 2019 Ford Edge for service to Benna Ford in Superior as well! More

I purchased a 2019 Explorer from Benna Ford, at 5K miles it developed a rattle in the sunroof area on the passenger side. I had my vehicle into their service department no less than 8 times to fix it, twic it developed a rattle in the sunroof area on the passenger side. I had my vehicle into their service department no less than 8 times to fix it, twice it came back seemingly resolved only to surface again after a few days of driving it. I drove around with a tech (during COVID), he said he heard the rattle. I also explained that if he pushed up on the sun roof the rattle stops - who wants to drive around like that. About 2 weeks ago, after the last visit, I received an email asking that I give them a review, so I did. I was honest, stated they had been trying to resolve it but that it had not be resolved to date. Last Thursday someone from Benna named Al called my husband, he was argumentative, told my husband he didn't like my review and that there was nothing more they could do for us. I'm disappointed, in Ford, Benna and Al. I rode in my brother in laws 2017 Explorer, it has the same rattle. I believe this is an engineering flaw with Explorers, I'm certain it could be fixed but Benna doesn't have the grit or integrity to stay after it. We had purchased three brand new vehicles from Benna, mine being the third and last. Best of luck with this dealership. More
