Awesome Experience I recently relocated to the Northland due to a job offer. Getting started I was fortunate enough to be able to borrow a car from a parishioner at my c I recently relocated to the Northland due to a job offer. Getting started I was fortunate enough to be able to borrow a car from a parishioner at my church while she was back home for the winter. Apparently the deer were moving during the weekend youth hunt as I managed to hit a ten pointer one evening and then a doe less than 24 hours later! Long story short, I became responsible for approximately $5000 in damages. Deciding it was time to purchase a new vehicle, Benna Ford was there to help me out and made it not only a quick process, but provided exceptional service to get me back on the road. Considering that I work 60+ hours a week, the expedited service was greatly appreciated. Both Riley Hawk (Sales Consultant) and RJ Herdman III (Finance Director) provided professional customer service that left me not only feeling comfortable with my decision to purchase, but also completely satisfied. I am happy with my new truck and will definitely see them again when the time to purchase another vehicle arises. Thanks guys! More

WORST MISTAKE EVER! -5 STARS I bought a 2011 F250 from Benna, the say i signed the paperwork the salesman walked me to my truck and the starter went out. and the next starter with I bought a 2011 F250 from Benna, the say i signed the paperwork the salesman walked me to my truck and the starter went out. and the next starter within a few days. They were aware of how unsatisfed i was with the truck and I wanted out. they didnt have any "comparable" vehicles to put me in instead of cashing me out. within a few months the dash quit working, the rearend, ecm, 5 more starters and the 5th taking out the flywheel, the lights pop on for no reason in the middle of the night and kill my NEW battery. it burns 3 quarts of oil every 900 miles, the transmission howls so bad i have to shut it off at drive threw or if someone is outside talking through my window. I have spent over $2k just in tows! Now its pouring trans fluid out of the front pump seal, and has a starter engaging problem. I was in there weekly informing them how unhappy i am with my truck, no one cared!! This truck Cost me $12,523 to own in my first year! Now I'm looking at $4500 to fix the transmission. On the License plates on the cars in the lot says"Benna Ford #1 in Customer Satisfaction" I can honestly tell you it is COMPLETE BULL***T!!!!!!!!! More
