I had looked at cars at several other dealerships prior to coming to Ebersoles. I had previously owned a Buick Century and was pleased with it; however, I wanted to see what else was out there. It took me a while to finally come to my decision, but he never became impatient. It was his competent and personal salesmanship which helped me come to my decision to buy a Honda Accord, even though I had been leaning toward a different make when I first met him. More
This is one of the BEST dealerships I have ever dealt with. I started speaking with Tim Ritchie on a used 2012 CRV(found on cars.com). While we were talking about my trade, we had found out the vehicle I had inquired on was just sold. I figured that I would have to continue looking for a used one that would fit in my budget. In the end Tim was able to give me a great deal on a brand new CRV that would also fit in my price range. I took the 4 hour trip down to the dealership and was welcomed by Casey who was extremely helpful. He helped me with all over the paperwork and showed me everything about the new car. From start to finish this was 100% worth the 4 hour trip each way for our new CRV! Thank you to everyone at the dealership! More
The Ebersole dealership is your one stop shop for purchasing and repair. I have been to other dealerships that don't fix your car on first visit. I have never had that problem with Ebersole. Their sales department is very knowledgeable of the vehicles that they sell. Dave Martin in particular answered all our questions and helped locate the vehicle we were looking for. He is an asset to the Ebersole dealership. There are other places you could look for a car but why would you want to. Thanks to Dave and everyone I have dealt with at Ebersole. We stopped at Ebersole's just to see the difference between the LaCrosse and the Regal. Nate met us as we were looking at the two cars and asked if we wanted to drive them. It was a very hot day so N between the LaCrosse and the Regal. Nate met us as we were looking at the two cars and asked if we wanted to drive them. It was a very hot day so Nate started the car to cool it off and we took first a drive in the LaCrosse. It wasn't a quick drive that most salesmen take you on, but a drive long enough for us to get a feel of what the car felt like. We came back and Nate started the Regal and drove that car too, not only the e-assist but the turbo. Nate answered all our questions while we were in the car and never made us feel that we were being pressured nor that we were wasting his time. After we returned to the dealership we went inside still not sure which car we wanted so Nate took the time to find both the LaCrosse and Regal in the color we wanted and sat with us to go over the prices. We left still not sure what we wanted to do. We went to another dealer and didn't feel the same as we did at Ebersole's nor did we get the same price for the same car. Ebersole's was without a doubt the dealership that was willing to work with us. We called Nate and told him what we had decided and the color we wanted and he had a car for us in three days. When we went to pick our car up, Nate took the time to go over the car and even hooked my cell phone up to the bluetooth in the car. More

Recently I purchased a 2012 GMC Sierra Pick-Up ay Ebersole. This is my second vehicle that I have purchased from them. Pat, my sales rep, aided me with a vehicle presentation, test drive, and present Ebersole. This is my second vehicle that I have purchased from them. Pat, my sales rep, aided me with a vehicle presentation, test drive, and presented me with all the rebates, discounts, and incentives that were available on the GMC at that time. I got a great deal on a very desireable truck. Overall, Buying this truck was a great experience for me. I have delt numerous times with the service department and they have always been very friendly to me. They do quality work and don't try to sell you an unneeded repair. When you buy a brand new car or truck from them and bring it in for service, they offer you a run through their automatic car wash free of charge. Not too many dealerships offer that feature. Another way Ebersole reaches out to their new car customers is by conducting a "New Car Clinic." Customers are invited to attend an imformative meeting led by staffers from the dealership, who offer information about the dealership, information about the cars you have purchased and answer any questions that you might have related to your vehicle. Oh! They also serve light refreshments and door prises as well at the clinic. It is easy to see why Ebersole has been in business since the early 1920's. They make you feel right at home. More
