Our experience with Casey Rohrer and Ebersole Honda Buick GMC was very good from the first telephone call to the completed sale. The discussion about price, leasing vs. buying, and the value of our trade-in was friendly and informative, and, consequently, we committed to leasing a new car, sight unseen. Our confidence in Casey was confirmed when we visited Ebersole to receive our car. Casey was thorough as he helped us through the paperwork, and he took pains to introduce us to the features of the new car before we left the lot. Knowing that we live 80 miles away, Casey still took time to explain the positive features of servicing at Ebersole. Ironically, because we visit a relative in Palmyra, we may return to Ebersole for at least some of our servicing. In recent days, Casey has continued to follow up with us, explaining that he still considers us his customers and remains available to help us with our questions. Ebersole is fortunate to have Casey Rohrer as a salesperson; if our experience is an indicator, he is creating positive relationships that reflect well upon him and upon his employer. More

We have purchased three new and two used autos from Ebersoles. The sales staff has consistently been honest, curteous and knowledgeable. I went to purchase a car from Ebersole and was greatly disappointed. Did a test drive of a used Honda Accord and then I asked the sales consultant to run the numbers and when he came back I said that it disappointed. Did you not see the price of the car". When I stated what I could afford he said, "Well, you need a cheaper car." When I mentioned how I was considering a lease he said "let me speak to the sales manager". I went to look for my boyfriend and I found him outside with Sales Consultant. I overheard the Sales Consultant, "what I tried to explain to her..." Then when he asked me if I was ready to lease a Honda, I was like I need to think about it. He went on and on about how this sale was going to end soon and I felt super pressured. He looked right at my boyfriend and said, well, maybe when she has a clearer mind, we can talk. Give me a call. The sales consultant was more concerned with getting his sale, getting his car so it wouldn't be blocked in and his girlfriend who was waiting for him who he kept checking on. More
