The staff are always eager to help and take the time to answer any questions or any concerns I may have. Dave Martin has sold me my last two vehicles and has always taken the time to listen to what I want and do his best to accomodate me. He makes an effort to always make himself available to just say Hi or visit for a few minutes when I am at the dealership. Jason Baab has also helped me out with questions regarding my vehicle answering my email the next morning with a detailed response. We have dealt with Ebersole for many years. Always satisfied with service we received. Pat Dompkowski was wonderful to deal with. She went the "extra mile" to help us. I purchased a used Honds CVR at Ebersoles. I am a senior and a widow and was accompanied by one of my children when looking. I was given an opportunity to drive them. He was most patient and explained how to drive the car included the lights, the heater and air conditioner, pump gas, etc. After I had purchased the car and had more questions, I called on my cell phone and had those questions answered. I was always treated with respect and patience. Ebersoles arranged the transfer of my insurance and title. It was all printed out for me and put in an envelope for my glove compartment. The entire process was pleasant and efficient. I would recommend Ebersoles as a great place to purchase a car. More

My husband and I were dreading the thought to purchase a new vehicle for our family. We researched online vehicles for the past 8 months and felt it was time to test drive the vehicle that we kept going bac new vehicle for our family. We knew we were ready to purchase but just wanted to test drive the vehicle. I knew we would have to deal with all the "games" that dealerships tend to play. I had just lost my father 2 months prior and really did not have the emotional strength to deal with more stress. After test driving the vehicle and meeting Dave Martin- that made all the difference. The entire process was smooth. Dave was so knew everything about the vehicle that we purchased. I could have taken it home that night and would never even had to look at the owners manual.
