We have developed a good friendship with Pat and have been extremely pleased with both her friendship and professionalism. I also deal with Mike Brennan whenever I need to have the car serviced. Mike has been great in setting up my appointments, explaining what needs to be done, the estimated costs are always explained and when I let my inspection run out one year he was great in getting me in right in to take care of it. When we purchased our last vehicle we were comfortable enough with Ebersole that we didn't bother to shop around knowing that we would be dealt with in a fair and honest manner. Casey went the extra mile to insure the financing was how i wanted, and when it came to the paperwork he was clear and precise.He explained every thing.After the sale i received several phone calls to make sure i was happy with the car and asked if there was anything he could do for me!!I never found that to take place in all my years of car buying:even from the "more famous" dealerships in central pa.
