We were very impressed with both of the salespeople that helped us. I have only purchased Ford vehicles and this was my first experience with another brand dealer. Since our other vehicle was in the shop and we had a trip planned for the next day, our salesman, Casey, did a great job of getting all the necessary paper work done and the van cleaned out for us to leave "on time." We also were introduced to several other employees during our experience. We were offered refreshments as well. Casey did a great job of explaining the features that came with the van. Although we haven't needed to bring the van into the service department, we were told that Ebersoles will clean it inside and out as a courtesy. Very nice! We have been invited to attend clinics at the dealership to properly care for a new vehicle and to get the most out of the experience. This is something I have never heard of before. Since purchasing our Honda Odyssey we have referred a few friends to Ebersoles based on our positive experience. I really enjoy driving the Odyssey. It is a quality vehicle. More
