We had a pretty good experience with this dealership. Jim is great and the vehicle was priced fairly based on its condition. I do not trust this dealership's refurbishing standards, and that makes me won Jim is great and the vehicle was priced fairly based on its condition. I do not trust this dealership's refurbishing standards, and that makes me wonder about their mechanical inspection as well. The Carfax said no accidents but it has clearly been in an accident, as the driver has a panel that's actually glued on. The detail was absolutely terrible and would not have been accepted at the dealership I worked at for seven years. For these reasons, I'm taking the vehicle to my own mechanic just to make sure everything is on the up and up. I will also have to do the reconditioning myself. But, for the price, that's okay. If you're able to, I would definitely have a mechanic you trust take a look at the vehicle before you purchase. More

I strongly do not recommend Bennettsville Ford. They do not perform quality work and will not honor workmanship nor the warranty of parts. The General Manager and Service Manager will lie to you. T They do not perform quality work and will not honor workmanship nor the warranty of parts. The General Manager and Service Manager will lie to you. The GM is disrespectful. I’m currently waiting on resolution from my Claims Representative from Ford Motor Co. I will never bring my Ford nor my Honda back here ever!! This is a joint Honda/Ford Dealership ran by the same disrespectful GM! FordMCO resolved my issue and I had my truck repaired by Champion Ford of Rockingham NC. I did end up having to pay around $600. Ford paid the other $800 all because Bennettsville is incompetent of doing the job correctly. I had them fix my Cam Phasers and paid them $2400. I carried it to them because I was trying to support my local dealership. It ended up costing me in the end. Bennettsville Ford/Honda lost my business for good! More

I was supposed to get full service and I didn't. It was my first service for my new car and they didn't top off my fluids, rotate my tires or check all the things they were supposed to.
