I was greeted very warmly by the service department personnel upon my arrival. I had an emergency repair needed for a trip out of town the next day. We had a pretty good experience with this dealership. Jim is great and the vehicle was priced fairly based on its condition. I do not trust this dealership's refurbishing standards, and that makes me won Jim is great and the vehicle was priced fairly based on its condition. I do not trust this dealership's refurbishing standards, and that makes me wonder about their mechanical inspection as well. The Carfax said no accidents but it has clearly been in an accident, as the driver has a panel that's actually glued on. The detail was absolutely terrible and would not have been accepted at the dealership I worked at for seven years. For these reasons, I'm taking the vehicle to my own mechanic just to make sure everything is on the up and up. I will also have to do the reconditioning myself. But, for the price, that's okay. If you're able to, I would definitely have a mechanic you trust take a look at the vehicle before you purchase. More
