I apologize if you felt you have been mistreated in any way. Our mission is to earn our customers business in a vehicle they will be happy with. After review of the conversation that took place with our salesman, I realized we could not make this happen. I did not want you to own a new vehicle that would meet your standard of perfection. The slightest mark on an interior trim seemed to be an issue and after fully detailing the vehicle twice and sending all pictures I then came to the conclusion that I did not want to make this mistake as a manager to sell you a vehicle you truly would not be happy with. I hope you can understand this and find the Ford you are searching for. -Jon Fisher.

A couple of weeks after this experience and not finding another vehicle, I reached out to a local Ford dealership in my area to see if I would be able to purchase this particular Bronco through them. They were open to the idea and reached out to Benson Ford. Benson Ford responded with an adamant no to my local dealership. Benson Ford actually thought they still had an opportunity to sell the vehicle directly to me after the way they treated me and even after I myself called Mr. Fisher directly and informed him that would not happen. Then a week later out of the blue Benson Ford called my local dealership back willing to now sell the vehicle to them. But as I understand it from my local dealership, Benson Ford was not making it easy on my local dealership. After learning about how the person at my local dealership was being treated, I decided no vehicle is worth anyone being treated poorly. I have lost all trust with anyone that works for Benson Ford. To Mr. Jim Benson: If you ever read this, I have a hard time believing you have been as successful as you are by treating people with such disrespect. But just know that the people you have working for you are definitely not customer focused. They were unprofessional, created a lot of drama, and made the process of buying a car very unexciting in my situation. That is the complete opposite of how the car buying experience should be.

In response to your updated post. We have no issues dealer trading with other Ford dealers. Since you decided to pass on this vehicle we had other local customers interested in this same vehicle. I reached back out to your local dealer in Michigan after the week of our appointments passed and told them they are welcome to the vehicle. Just in need of assistance with the several full detail clean ups that you required for extra pictures and videos before you made a final purchase which you decided to pass on. If your local dealership is not willing to work with you that's between you and them with your purchase up in Michigan. I tried my best as a dealer from several states away to not only give you a large discount with all the rebates available, but also pulled employees off tasks throughout several days to complete your requests which did not end up with the outcome we wanted. Hope you find a Ford Bronco soon.
