Do NOT Schedule Service Online!! Using Benson’s online scheduling on their website, I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I’m self-employed, so I blocked out an hour of my day to be able to take care of this. I received a confirmation email with my selected appointment time and the notation that I would be waiting while the service was provided. I arrived at the dealership ten minutes before my designated appointment and spoke to Anthony in the service department. He informed me that they didn’t have me on the schedule for 8 am, that the online scheduling system is only used if you’re dropping off a vehicle (which if it is accurate, is not mentioned ANYWHERE in the online scheduling process), and that he would try to fit me in but they already had a full schedule for the 8 am time slot. He was very apologetic, but because of my personal schedule I couldn’t just wait around (which is why I scheduled the appointment...). I purchased my car from Benson two years ago and have always brought it to them for service. I’ve also used their online scheduling to set appointments for service before with no issues (and no BS about how it’s only for dropping off vehicles). I am very disappointed with this experience. I’m not sure what has changed, but I will most likely be looking for another provider in the area to take care of my vehicle. More

Poor service Took over 2 hours for an oil change At home noticed a large nick in back of hatch and bumper that was not there before and was fresh because the peel Took over 2 hours for an oil change At home noticed a large nick in back of hatch and bumper that was not there before and was fresh because the peeled off paint was still attached. Stepped in a large wad of gum in the parking lot which got all over shoes car and home carpet. Not happy. More

POOR POOR customer service Sent a 2 page letter to General manager David Crow on 3/5/2017 to this date 3/20/2017 have not heard from him at all concerning my repair questions on Sent a 2 page letter to General manager David Crow on 3/5/2017 to this date 3/20/2017 have not heard from him at all concerning my repair questions on what they charged me. This fall was going to purchase 2018 F-150 from this dealer. But this is not happening at Benson Ford. There are plenty of Ford dealers that would like my business. Also asked one of the salesman about when the F-150 2018 would be in. At this time he was reading the paper, to me it looked like he did not want to be interrupted. Just told me in the fall and that was all he said. Poor Customer service. More

Great experience at Benson Ford. Called for Service Dept. to check my Escape for problem, got an appointment in a day or so. Dropped off at 8am and vehicle was fixed and ready for pi Called for Service Dept. to check my Escape for problem, got an appointment in a day or so. Dropped off at 8am and vehicle was fixed and ready for pick up at 4:30 that day. They took me to work, within 10 miles, called me in 3-4 hours with what was wrong with vehicle and had it repaired. Everyone was very helpful, courteous and friendly. I had a very good experience with Benson Ford in Easley. Will definitely got back for future problems and possible purchase of another vehicle in the future. More

Needed a gas filler hose replaced.. part attached by two clamps, approximately a 10 inch long 1/1/2 inch diameter fule hose. Benson ford estimated the repair at $215.00 $115 for the gas tube and 100 clamps, approximately a 10 inch long 1/1/2 inch diameter fule hose. Benson ford estimated the repair at $215.00 $115 for the gas tube and 100 for an hour labor! Went to NAPA and bought the gas fuel tube for $18! A local mecahnic installed it in under an hour for $72 Benson was trying to charge me $115 dollars for a Fuel hose! Benson Ford is a ripoff! More

GM of dealership would not come and sit down with us to discuss problem we were having with the car. They even called the cops on us while they had us waiting in their dealership for the GM to come from a discuss problem we were having with the car. They even called the cops on us while they had us waiting in their dealership for the GM to come from a supposely meeting. They even threatened to have the car towed to our home if we left the car there while the GM was in a supposely meeting. The whole time we were at the dealaership the GM was across a side street at the Ford dealership. Needless to say, I will never shop at one of their dealership again. More
