Great! Alexa is amazing and very good at her job! I almost could not get the car because of the insurance quotes that companies were offering to me. The companies couldn't quote any less than about $350. Somehow Alexa got Progressive to quote me $153! I couldn't have done it without her! The sales manager Charlie is unbelievable! He DEFINITELY knows his Hyundai's! There were a line of Elantras in front of us that all looked exactly the same, wheels and all. However, he was able to pick out the one that was different just because the wheels were SLIGHTLY different. This man knows his stuff!! Charlie was able to get me in the car that fits me and my criteria and made my first car purchase a very exciting time! More

I knew that the Hyundai Sonata was at the top of its class before going to Benson Hyundai, but it wasn't until I met Jon Vaccar, Robert Winecoff, and Jay Carawan that I was convinced the Hyundai Sonata class before going to Benson Hyundai, but it wasn't until I met Jon Vaccar, Robert Winecoff, and Jay Carawan that I was convinced the Hyundai Sonata was for me! I was referred to Benson from a colleague, who showed me how easy it was to find the perfect car from their website. I found my new car online, emailed Robert Winecoff who responded in record time. Within minutes I had my first appointment at Benson Hyundai. The dealership was open well after I left work, so I had plenty of time to test drive the exact car I found online, and compare it to the newer models. Thanks to Jon Vaccar's patience with me, I spent over an hour and a half in the dealership asking questions before I was sold. Much to my surprise, the general manager, Jay Carawan, agreed to sit down with me, make sure i qualified for financing, and gave me the best price I had seen on this car in the Carolinas. He even customized my Sonata so that I could have the base model I wanted, with the rear view camera my husband says I need! Thanks to these guys, I'll be back to Benson Hyundai for our next car!
