Our sales rep was so knowledgeable and informative that we felt very welcome. She wasn’t trying to talk us into anything. She even let us drive the car in the showroom! So we bought it. We had the best experience we have ever had at Benson Nissan. We went there after going to many others. We were NOT sure of what we wanted and were treated with such respect. Salesman Aurelio Martinez was friendly, professional, honest, informative and completely genuine. We asked so many questions and were given all the answers with a smile. We felt so comfortable discussing our needs and ideas about a vehicle with him. He showed us a few different vehicles and let us decide which one was best for us. We felt we were appreciated and respected. That is not easy to find now days, and we are very grateful. Mr Martinez went above and beyond to help and to be honest, and that is why we bought there. Billy Floyd was helpful in informing us about extented warranties without pressuring us. He explained all the details, again without pressuring.
