Technically Knowledgable Without Aggressive Sales Style I was pleasantly greeted and I had gotten direct to the point I was there to buy a car for my grandson to go to college. Low price, new, high gas mile I was pleasantly greeted and I had gotten direct to the point I was there to buy a car for my grandson to go to college. Low price, new, high gas mileage, high dependability and safety ratings. I was pleased with what the sales lady presented. Especially since she did not waste my time showing me any cars or features that I was already not interested in. She was very patient and respectful with me. Almost every car she presented I would have several technical questions about each vehicle. She immediately answered my technical questions or brought another person over to explain one question I had. By the time I was ready to make my initial decision I did not have any unanswered questions. Questions related to exact cost, specific warranty coverages, quality if feature, etc. I then stated I had three other manufacture brands to review and I would return later. I looked at Dodge, Kia and Toyota. I returned to Hyundai, the next day I spoke to the same sales lady and made my decision along with my grandson present of which he too was most pleased with the overall sales relationship and what he and I wanted in his 1st car. Even the financiall officer and their normal additional things they want you to buy was a pleasant experience. Yes, I did purchase an extended repair warranty with the vehicle. Mainly because I am 63 years old and his father passed away. This way when I am gone or not available for most repairs he will be ok. Note, the financial officer did not use any aggressive of pressure tactics and was very respectful of what I was willing to listen too. I want to personally convey the professionalism of both your sales lady and the financial officer whom worked with us throughout the process. I am a retired US Army Warrant Officer Five, 32 years’ service and it's nice to find a dealrship whom I can write a great review about. Bought over 17 new cars in my lifetime.
