This is my second Hyundai, purchased the first one in St. Pete, FL. I have been coming to Bentley Hyundai for five years. I am 78 years old, 2016 Accent has only 46,000 miles on it. With the good advice, help, guidance and services of Hyundai, I plan to keep this car, till death do us part. I live on SS of course, and they work with me on maintenance costs that does not AFFECT my 10-year/or 100,000 mile guaranty. I do not miss one maintenance and going to get service is an ACTUAL pleasant experience. Even when the guarantee has expired, I still plan on taking my car to the dealership due to the excellent reverence and attention I receive when I go there. Thank you Bentley service crew. More
I am currently on my 3rd new car that I have bought from Bentley and I have been so disappointed in the service that I received yesterday that I’m convinced that I’ll never buy another one from them. First of all, I went through the act of congress to actually get an appointment for my oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was scheduled for noon yesterday. Since I live so far away, I left home early and arrived for my appointment early. I got there at 11:28 am. They went ahead and took my car back. I didn’t expect them to start on it right away since I was early and I was okay with waiting. Also, I did tell them I would be waiting on my car. Well, after about 2 1/2 hours my back starts to hurt from sitting so I get up to walk around and I see my car sitting in line as though it’s ready to leave. A gentleman asked me if he can help me and I said yes, my car appears to be ready and asked if he could check on it. He just said yes they are getting the paperwork ready so they can “get me out of there”. So I thought great! And I go sit back down and wait. And I waited for another hour! Then I went back up there and asked the guy who checked me in about it and he said that they had the paperwork ready for “17 minutes.” He quickly had me sign the papers and got me out of there. Fast forward to after my long trip back home. As soon as I got in my house, I got a voicemail notification. I checked it and imagine my surprise when it was a service person from Bentley at 12:28 pm. telling me that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Now I have no clue why that voicemail took so long to come through. However it makes no difference either way..they clearly knew that I was waiting. It was on the invoice. So I sat there for an additional 2 1/2 hours after my car was ready just because they didn’t come and let me know that it was ready. I’m so glad I was able to choose my words yesterday More

The service advisor told me to speak with their specialist to discuss how to use my car. This is my second Palisade. I believe I know how to use the functions. That may have not been her exact words but that was my interpretation. Also, I scheduled an appointment and the soonest I could get in was two and a half months away. Texted the service advisor to see if I could get in earlier. No response. Cancelled my appointment and rescheduled with another dealership that I will have to drive an hour to get to. Additionally, their check in area for vehicles is cramped. One can get maybe 2 cars under their canopy and about 3 cars behind the first to parking up along the side of the building, then one is parked out in their parking lot. More

Their warranty and service dept is a joke. Bought my wife a car brand new with their “ 10 year 100,000 mile power train warranty” here we are 4 years in with 70,000 miles on the car. And it is using (not leaking) nearly 2 quarts of oil every 1,000 miles. Took it in they said that it is normal to use that much oil and if the motor blows up they will not be fixing it. But only requires an oil change every 4,000 miles and only holds 5 quarts of oil so using simple math if it’s using 2 quarts of oil every 1,000 miles it will have used 8 quarts by oil change time and it only holds 5. Will not ever buy from here again nor any Hyundai if this is normal oil usage. And I highly recommend u don’t either. More

This is how you miss a quick and easy sell. Do better! More
Purchased a vehicle for my 16 year old daughter. Super easy sale for the salesman. Knew what I wanted, how much I was willing to pay, and had bank check to purchase. All was good for the first week. 5 days after purchasing the vehicle the battery died leaving my 16 year old daughter stranded. I was able to contact the sale rep who agreed to have the battery replaced. Their office was over an hour away from where she was and I told the rep if it was ok with them that I would purchase a battery and install it if they would reimburse me for it since we had only had the vehicle for 5 days. He agreed. I bought the battery ($250+), installed it, and sent him the receipts. Weeks go by. No response. No check. I contact the rep. His response was that he submitted it to accounting. I asked for him to check up on it. He told me there was nothing he could do. More time goes by I follow up with him again. He tells me that accounting has the receipts. More time goes by. I follow up with him yet again. He quits responding to my messages. If you weren't going to pay for the battery why agree to do so. I have copies of all the text messages and conversation. Test drove a Santa Cruz and I knew more about it than the salesperson. Then they tried to double charge shipping fee, I pointed that out but salesperson told me I was incorrect, but I texted him a copy of h salesperson. They lowball on trade in prices. Or they tried it with me. I was actually considering buying until I saw the mathematical error AND saw that Hyundai doesn’t hold trade in value. Dealership fees $549.
