He was very professional and was able to get us a lower interest rate. As a side note Victor Vargas was kind enough to answer some questions I had when Daniel was unavailable (my fault for going when I knew he was off). Victor was well aware I was working with Daniel but still took the time to assist me, it was refreshing and I will be sure to refer people to either gentleman. But the teamwork displayed won me over. It was a bit awkward and we felt pressured because we had to make a decision right then. It had nothing to do with the salesman who was very professional throughout the whole buying process. And the Finance Manager was equally professional and helpful. We would liked to have known about the extra warranty either ahead of time or have been given more time to make a decision. This is the only negative in the whole process which is very commendable. The dealership environment was open, friendly, helpful and just had an air of professionalism.
